End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement for you as a user regarding your rights and obligations of the service containing a website and downloadable game, accessible from www.chickenjockey.party. The service is a hobby project and owned by Julius Rezai, Nemo Eriksson and Sam Gustafsson. By creating a user to the service, downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound to the following terms of this agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Game and webiste for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell any part of the game or website. However, modification, redistribution or reverse-engineering parts of the service is allowed as long as the purpose is non-commercial. People below the age of 13 are not allowed on our service. By accepting this EULA, you agree that you are over 13 years of age.

2. Ownership

All content, code and intellectual property related to the game and website is owned by us. This agreement does not transfer ownership over to you.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, bots, hacks or perform a Denial of Service (DOS) attack to any server related to the game.
Act within your applicable law when playing in a multiplayer server.
Attempt to access unauthorized parts of our servers or systems.

4. Your account

The account you register your account with to use our service is personal to you. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and is not allowed to reveal, share or allow others to use your password. We are not responsible for any activity or communications done by you on your account on our service.

5. Third party and user-generated content

We assume no responsibility or liability for third party content generated by users on our service, or from third party links on our website, unless to the extent mandatory by law. When creating any content in the service, you are not allowed to create any content that violates any applicable contract, law or regulation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or website for violating this Agreement, or for any reason we deem necessary, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Game and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after a EULA change indicates that you accept the updated terms.
